Job Description:

As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing damages, estimating costs, and providing accurate quotes for both mitigation and reconstruction projects. You will work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient restoration processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting on-site inspections to assess damages and scope of work required for both mitigation and reconstruction projects.
• Collaborating with clients and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Utilizing industry-standard software and tools to create detailed estimates and quotes for both mitigation and reconstruction services.
• Providing clear and concise explanations of estimates to clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Working closely with project managers and field technicians to ensure accurate implementation of restoration plans.
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments to estimates as needed based on any changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate records of all estimates, communications, and project details.
• Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Representation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in estimating, preferably in the restoration industry.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
• Annual Bonus Target: $80,000

The compensation range for this position is 70,000 - 80,000. Individual compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and business needs.
